HPI was founded in 1985 with a mission to provide our neighbors with safe, warm, and dry homes. We work to repair and replace substandard housing in Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. HPI is a locally-funded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides vital home repair services for families experiencing low income or disability situations.
