Brandie has been serving with Housing Partnerships for 17 years, where she began as the Volunteer Coordinator, then as Program Manager, before stepping into her Executive Director role in August of 2017. Brandie holds both an MBA and BS in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. As a native of Williamsburg, growing up here and now raising her family here, she truly holds Williamsburg close to her heart.  In her free time, Brandie can be found working out at Orangetheory Fitness Williamsburg or spending fun family time with her husband, Tyler, and beautiful daughters, Maddie (19) and Mollie (14).

Ashley Mayfield- Region 6 Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation Administrator/ Financial Manager

Ashley is the program administrator and the financial manager here at HPI. She started working with us in October of 2019. She spends her free time caring for her 6 animals, reading lots of fiction books, and creating various types of artistic content.

Pearline Skeeter- Administrative Receptionist

Pearline has been a member of our staff through AARP Foundation SCSEP program since 2019. Pearline is the first friendly face our clients meet when they visit our office. When she isn't assisting our clients with applications, or sitting on our Board of Directors, Pearline spends time with her family who live in the Williamsburg area.
